Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing certification training
- Prepare orders for shipment by packing, labeling, and staging inventory
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse space following safety standards
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counting procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Availability to work overnight shifts (typically 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid government-issued photo ID (required for onboarding)
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
