Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders for shipment following quality control standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing certification
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for entire shift
- Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Reliable transportation to/from the facility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work overnight shifts and flexible weekends if needed
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
