Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for next-day delivery with zero-error precision
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Adhere to FIFO protocols and temperature-controlled storage requirements
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math skills and attention to detail essential for inventory accuracy
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Industrial Park (night shift hours)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to work independently in low-light conditions
