Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA standards
- Accurately scan, sort, and package orders for next-day delivery
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain organized storage zones
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in paid training programs for equipment certification
- Report safety concerns and maintain clean work areas
- Support loading/unloading operations with precision and efficiency
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – paid training provided!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation to our 10 PM-6 AM shifts
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
