Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment (training provided)
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Prepare outbound orders for shipment while meeting productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow
- Maintain clean, organized work areas throughout shift
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to 3rd shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided!
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
