Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Manage inventory through scanning, counting, and cycle counting procedures
- Process inbound/outbound shipments using warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized storage areas with efficient space utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Adhere to all company safety and quality control protocols
Qualifications
- No warehouse experience required – paid training provided
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic computer literacy for WMS operation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to work independently overnight shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
