Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day delivery
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training completion
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as assigned
- Adhere to all safety protocols during overnight operations
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during overnight shifts
- Basic math and literacy skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to/from 456 Industrial Park Drive
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper training
- Flexible schedule availability (Sun-Thu, 10 PM - 6 AM)
