Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
- Safely operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Load and unload trucks with proper safety protocols and teamwork
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with overnight team to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our 24/7 facility in Bayview District
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification upon hire
- Pass background check and drug screening
