Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory overnight shipments using RF scanners
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient overnight order fulfillment
- Operate powered pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain precise digital records in WMS systems during off-hours
- Collaborate with remote logistics teams via digital communication tools
- Conduct quality checks on inbound/outbound freight
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols during overnight operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience or equivalent training
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner proficiency
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to off-site locations
- Comfortable working independently overnight with remote support
