Responsibilities
- Accurately unload, sort, and stage incoming shipments during overnight hours
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Safely operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain real-time inventory accuracy
- Uphold OSHA safety standards and maintain organized warehouse conditions
- Collaborate with day-shift team for seamless inventory handover
- Document operational activities and report discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory systems
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Reliable transportation to facility (remote-friendly for documentation tasks)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
