Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using inventory management systems
- Perform cycle counts and maintain organized storage areas in a 24/7 warehouse environment
- Prepare outbound orders for shipment with attention to detail and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and responsibly
- Collaborate with remote logistics team to resolve inventory discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Document daily operations using digital tools accessible remotely
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with experience in inventory software
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Comfortable working overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Reliable transportation to Airport Way S location
- Ability to work independently with remote team support
