Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using our remote-friendly inventory management system
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety certifications
- Perform real-time inventory counts via mobile tablet technology
- Collaborate with remote supervisors for streamlined workflow optimization
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace following OSHA standards
- Process inbound shipments using barcode scanning technology
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives via our digital suggestion platform
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred (1+ years)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for tablet-based operations
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation to our El Paso facility
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
