Responsibilities
- Process inbound/outbound shipments with accuracy using WMS systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts
- Maintain clean, organized workspace per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with remote team leads via digital communication tools
- Resolve discrepancies in real-time using mobile scanning devices
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with digital communication tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to warehouse location
- Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
