Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and ship inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct cycle counts for inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workspace
- Utilize digital inventory tracking systems to update stock levels in real-time
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced overnight environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
