Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders with precision.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (training provided).
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe by adhering to OSHA standards and company protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Stock Organization: Maintain accurate inventory levels and organize stock areas to ensure optimal workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience in logistics, distribution, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work the Overnight Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
- License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
