Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors and document discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by counting stock and verifying stock locations.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards before shipping.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe in compliance with all OSHA regulations.
- Assist in packing orders efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center setting is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively during overnight shifts.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management software.
- Valid forklift certification is preferred but not required.
