As an Overnight Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly and efficiently. We pride ourselves on safety, integrity, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage inventory to meet daily targets.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Shipping & Receiving: Process incoming and outgoing shipments with precision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic daily inspections and maintenance on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but training is provided for the right candidates.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills for scanning and counting inventory.
- Communication: Strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
