Responsibilities
- Accurately pick/pack orders using RF scanners and voice technology
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Load/unload trucks with efficient dock management
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Report equipment issues and maintain workspace cleanliness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Reliable transportation to North San Jose facility
- Flexible schedule availability for overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training provided)
