Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy for next-day delivery fulfillment
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with overnight team leads to optimize workflow and productivity
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with flexible weekend schedule
