Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials and products to and from the loading docks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pack, label, and organize inventory items according to company standards to ensure efficient fulfillment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using handheld scanners or manual logs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and organizing the warehouse floor.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control and shipping requirements.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating overnight shifts (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM).
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning and labeling.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training.
- Reliable transportation to the facility in Saint Paul.
