Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for shipment following strict quality standards
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided if needed)
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Complete daily productivity reports and inventory documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
