Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders with zero errors
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory safely and efficiently
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Unload and sort incoming shipments; verify against purchase orders
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless workflow transitions
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation and ability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
