Responsibilities
- Execute accurate order picking, packing, and shipping processes in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse management systems with precision
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.8% inventory accuracy
- Safely load/unload trailers using proper lifting techniques and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and comply with all safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Document warehouse activities using digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
