As an overnight associate, you'll play a critical role in our 24/7 operations, ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient order fulfillment. Our modern facility features climate-controlled environments and state-of-the-art equipment to make your shift comfortable and productive.
Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments
- Pick and pack orders with precision using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in designated zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with overnight team leads for workflow optimization
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to 11 PM-7 AM shifts
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- No experience required – training provided
