Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently in overnight shifts
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing freight for quality compliance
- Complete shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company training
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in overnight shift (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
