Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in overnight shifts
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts with precision
- Maintain clean, organized warehouse space following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Process inbound shipments and prepare for next-day delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation to 11 PM - 7 AM shift schedule
- Pass background check and drug screening
