Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day delivery
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks after completing our paid certification program
- Maintain organized warehouse layout and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
- Utilize warehouse management systems for real-time tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
