Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming shipments and manage inventory counts
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipping
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S standards
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Complete digital documentation using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Basic computer literacy for digital record-keeping
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts and occasional weekends
