Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training completion
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficient order picking and packing operations
- Maintain strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve daily productivity targets
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Reliable transportation to the facility
- Pass background check and drug screening
