Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment after training completion
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy standards
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and warehouse best practices
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate automated conveyor systems and sorting equipment
- Complete daily reports and documentation tasks
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during overnight shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory verification
- Reliable transportation to 450 Riverfront Drive, Pittsburgh, PA
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work overnight schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with proper training
