Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize incoming shipments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with proper safety certifications
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Pick and pack orders for timely shipment processing
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours overnight shifts
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to the 789 Industrial Blvd location
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
