Responsibilities
- Supervise overnight team operations ensuring efficient order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks with precision
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional team activities for seamless workflow
- Conduct quality control checks on inbound/outbound shipments
- Maintain detailed documentation of inventory transactions and equipment logs
- Lead team training sessions on new technologies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse management experience in overnight operations
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Experience with inventory audits and cycle counting
- Spanish bilingual preferred
