Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 person overnight team ensuring safety and productivity
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics using WMS systems
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits with 99%+ accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Enforce OSHA compliance and warehouse safety protocols
- Process shipments using automated sorting equipment
- Maintain detailed shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse or logistics supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient with WMS/inventory management software
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
