Responsibilities
- Supervise overnight team of 8-12 warehouse associates
- Optimize inventory management using WMS systems
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics operations
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits
- Train new team members on equipment/procedures
- Resolve operational issues during shift
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse leadership experience
- Forklift certification (OSHA 10-hour preferred)
- Advanced inventory management skills
