Responsibilities
- Supervise 5-8 team members during overnight shift operations
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Operate automated conveyor systems and material handling equipment
- Conduct quality control audits and compliance documentation
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and workplace safety standards
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with day shift teams
- Utilize WMS software for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficient with warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Overnight shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
