Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 person overnight team during peak processing hours
- Optimize inventory accuracy through cycle count management
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Coordinate high-volume shipping/receiving operations for major retailers
- Train and mentor new associates on equipment and procedures
- Resolve operational bottlenecks using Lean methodologies
- Generate daily performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- Valid forklift certification with 2+ years operating experience
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Spanish bilingual a major plus
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
