Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 overnight team members, ensuring efficient order processing and inventory accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in a 24/7 refrigerated environment
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct pre-shift equipment inspections
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows with day-shift managers for seamless operations
- Manage inventory audits using WMS systems (Oracle JD Edwards experience preferred)
- Train new associates on SOPs and material handling best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with overnight shift leadership
- OSHA 10/30 certification and forklift operator certification
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving skills for time-sensitive operational challenges
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
