Responsibilities
- Lead 5-8 member overnight teams in receiving, sorting, and shipping operations
- Optimize inventory accuracy using WMS systems and cycle counting protocols
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and ergonomic material handling practices
- Train associates on forklift operation (certification provided) and warehouse automation
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day shift management
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Generate performance reports and KPI tracking for leadership review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse leadership experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Proficiency with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills in high-volume environments
- OSHA 10 certification or equivalent safety training
- Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license with clean record
