Responsibilities
- Lead overnight team of 15+ warehouse associates with performance coaching and task delegation
- Oversee inbound/outbound operations, ensuring accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance in 24/7 environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow efficiency using WMS systems
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Conduct quality checks and resolve discrepancies in order fulfillment
- Generate daily performance reports and operational metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with overnight shift background
- OSHA certification and forklift operation proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Experience with inventory audits and cycle counting
- Valid driver's license and clean record
