Responsibilities
- Oversee all overnight warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates during night shifts
- Implement and optimize safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift teams for seamless transitions
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity and reduce costs
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse/supply chain experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding operational KPIs
- Forklift certification and proficiency with warehouse equipment
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and WMS platforms
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions during off-hours
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating across departments
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekend availability
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
