Responsibilities
- Lead overnight team of 8-12 warehouse associates in receiving, inventory, and shipping operations
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and lean methodologies
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols in 24/7 environment
- Conduct performance reviews and provide targeted coaching for team growth
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift management
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with overnight operations
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in climate-controlled environment
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
