Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person overnight shift operations
- Ensure accurate inventory management and cycle counts
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain compliance
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through process improvements
- Manage inbound/outbound logistics and shipping schedules
- Train and mentor new overnight team members
- Operate forklifts and warehouse management systems
- Resolve operational issues with minimal disruption
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong knowledge of WMS and inventory systems
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently overnight with minimal supervision
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Reliable transportation for overnight shift
