Responsibilities
- Lead overnight team of 8-12 warehouse associates in receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment operations
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems while maintaining 99.5% inventory accuracy
- Ensure OSHA compliance and implement safety protocols for all overnight activities
- Train and mentor staff on equipment operation (RF scanners, forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Generate daily productivity reports and performance metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day shift and transport teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with overnight shift background
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (Manhattan, Oracle, or similar)
- Forklift certification and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
