Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 member night shift team, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity targets
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and warehouse best practices
- Manage inventory control systems, including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Coordinate loading/unloading operations with transportation partners
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation and procedures
- Generate daily performance reports and recommend process improvements
- Maintain accurate documentation of shift activities and incidents
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with overnight shift background
- Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment
- Proficient in inventory management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Basic knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
