Responsibilities
- Oversee all overnight warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and lean methodologies
- Conduct daily quality checks and maintain accurate inventory records
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling and trailer turns
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity metrics
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a zero-accident safety culture
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse management experience in overnight operations
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and RF scanning technology
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Forklift certification (sit-down and reach truck)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Basic knowledge of supply chain logistics and transportation scheduling
- Fluency in English/Spanish preferred for bilingual operations
