Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 person overnight team during 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM shifts
- Implement inventory management systems with 99.9% accuracy standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics for Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and warehouse KPIs
- Train staff on new technologies including WMS and RFID systems
- Generate performance reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in high-volume environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Ability to work independently during overnight operations
- Valid Maryland driver's license and clean MVR record
- Supply chain or logistics degree preferred
