Responsibilities
- Lead overnight team of 8-12 warehouse associates in receiving, sorting, and shipping operations
- Optimize inventory management systems using WMS software
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety standards throughout facility
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement training programs
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless workflow transitions
- Resolve operational challenges and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with overnight shift leadership
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
