Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 person overnight team with real-time performance monitoring and coaching
- Optimize inventory accuracy through advanced WMS systems and cycle counting protocols
- Implement OSHA-compliant safety procedures for all warehouse operations
- Coordinate high-volume order fulfillment with 99.8% accuracy standards
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage cross-functional dock operations including inbound/outbound logistics
- Train and mentor new associates on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Generate daily performance reports with actionable insights for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with overnight shift leadership
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator credentials
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- Proven ability to achieve 95%+ inventory accuracy in high-volume environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience resolving operational bottlenecks
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Associates degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills with bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
