Responsibilities
- Oversee overnight warehouse operations ensuring efficient order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Lead team of 5-8 warehouse associates in picking, packing, and shipping processes
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance coordination
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Manage inventory control systems and cycle counts
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with day shift and transportation teams
- Train new team members on warehouse procedures and equipment operation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse management experience in high-volume environments
- Forklift certification (OSHA-approved) and heavy equipment operation skills
- Strong knowledge of WMS inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions during overnight shifts
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license with clean record
