Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision using material handling equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic scanning and documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support warehouse reorganization and inventory rotation initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexibility to work extended hours including nights/weekends
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
